How to login the review system?  

First of all, we would like to thank you, as an international peer reviewer, for taking part in the reviewing process.

When you are invited as a reviewer for a manuscript, you will receive an email; please click the link in the email to accept or decline the invitation. If you accepted the invitation, you will receive a second email; please click the link in this email to see the complete submission and review this manuscript; or you can login and using the username and password to enter Reviewer Center to complete the reviewing process.

If you are logging in for the first time, the system will ask you to fill in some personal information. We hope you will enter your research interest (i.e., keywords), Fax, Tel, especially detailed postal address so that we can send you a souvenir to express our appreciation for your great support.

Your contributions to our journal as an author are also very welcome! Please just login the system using the same username and password to enter your Author Center to start a submission.

How to complete a score sheet? 

While making a judgment on a manuscript, please consider the following points:

Originality: Is the work original and novel? If not why?

Technical quality: Is the proposed method or technology has theoretical basis?

Clarity of presentation: Is the manuscript clearly and concisely written (including introduction, method, discussion, experiment, conclusion, etc)? If not how could it be improved? Could it be shortened?

Importance in field: Is the proposed method or technology has important contribution in the related research field?

References: Are they up to date and relevant? Has any relevant reference been omitted?

Abstract: Does it correctly summaries the study?
